Forums - General Discussion - North American Union - WTF (now with Work Safe Title)

Origin, I won't "bag you out" for those ideas. But I will bag you out for taking ZIETGEIST at face value. It's just one of the hundreds of paranoid nonsensical documentaries that you can find on the internet. To say it plays loose with the facts would be an understatement.

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

Has anyone heard about this totalitarian regime that Bush is pushing forward? Called the North American Union.

In this it states that Canada, the USA and Mexico are all operating as a single entity and that a new government and political system is going to be introduced?

Did you know that american citizens don't actually have any law that states that they must pay taxes? You don't have to file your tax return. You can't be forced to do so by law, the Income Tax system is a farce.

If people don't believe me, then that's fine and I'm sure I'll cop it, but I refer everyone to a Google documentary called 'ZEITGEIST'.

You can view the movie for free here - http://www.zeitgeistmovie.com/index.html

Or download it using torrent here - http://www.thetorrentsite.com/downloadTorrent/1275511-Zeitgeist.DVDRip.XviD.torrent

If anyone is going to bag me out, do so after watching the Documentary and being able to refute the facts.

I'm also 99% convinced that 9/11 and Terrorism is all a means of control.

new to the boards, but this topic has been floating around alot of conservative arenas of thought as well.

I'll address them and provide links.

#1) Bush is not a "totalitarian" regime.  Did he shut down the media like Chavez did?  Did he gather up ALL dissenters like Castro or Stalin or Hitler?  In fact if you look at the party MOST trying to control speech and media by and large it is the democrats.

#2)  The North American Union is real.  It's being pushed by globalists in BOTH parties.  Look at what President Fox (from Mexico) said on Larry King:

 http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/bestoftv/2007/10/08/lkl.vincente.fox.CNN

(something along the lines of King asking him if the southern american countries are going to join together with mexico in a union.  That's a _LONG TERM GOAL_ after the US Canada and Mexico join together.)

 Some information proving that:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amero

"The North American currency union is a proposal in which the three principal countries of North America, namely Canada, the United States and Mexico, would share a common currency. This idea is based on the common European Union currency, the euro. There are also related proposals for a single currency for all of the Americas. The hypothetical currency for both of these ideas is sometimes referred to as the Amero."

Check out the map on the right side of the page!

 http://www.nascocorridor.com/

They want to build a FOUR hundred yard wide freeway right through the middle of America so we can have our shores flooded with more chinese crap!

Now that I've proved that....

on to the rest of Origin's points.

Tax:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sixteenth_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution

"The U.S. Constitution provides (in part):

The Congress shall have power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises [ . . . ] but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States [ . . . ][1]

The Constitution also provides (in part):

Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers [ . . . . ][2]

The Constitution further provides:

No Capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in proportion to the Census or Enumeration herein before directed to be taken.[3]"

This amendment to the constitution makes it legal for the government to collect income tax, and was the basis for forming the IRS.

 It was passed in 1913.

Even then the "party of small government" was paving the way for larger federal government.

 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Howard_Taft#16th_Amendment

Of course his efforts were briefly undone by Coolidge who lowered taxes and gave us the roaring 20's.

Then that was undone by another republican who wanted bigger government which followed the premiere socialist of the 20th century.

FDR.  He made government bigger and more needy than it had EVER been before in America.  And he is looked upon as one of the greatest presidents this nation has had!

9/11 was perpetrated by pissed off muslims.  A problem that Bush is ignoring also now.  He is hosting a Ramadan dinner with unindicted terrorists!

When was the last time you heard Bush even mention 9/11 or the terrorist war?  He doesn't anymore because he knows his conservative base that was gunho to kick terrorist ass NO LONGER SUPPORTS HIM.

The President has no clothes, and has proved himself to be no different than democrats.  Yes... Clinton pushed for the NAFTA superhighway and Amero LONG before Bush did, and had it NOT BEEN for Al Qaeda on 9/11, we would probably be spending ameros' today.

"Canada is WAYYYY too liberal for that to happen. "

LAFF... It's the liberals that want a one world government.  They are socialists at heart and want to mimic the great socialist experiments in Europe.  The prime minister of Canada has meet with Bush on several occasions to discuss the NASCO (NAFTA) superhighway and the joining of the three countries into one union.

A REAL conservative, or libertarian (like Ron Paul, who I would never vote for because of his dreadful Neville Chamberlain foreign policy) Would do everything in his power to keep the USA a soveriegn nation.

"Canada, the USA and Mexico are countries which are very closely linked and could benefit from an even closer relationship."

So the whole of North America can be dragged down to Mexican standards?  Did you know that in Cities that are "kind" to Illegal migrants, the rates of diseases that we have LONG since conquered are increasing and on the edge of becoming an epidemic in those areas?

TB in San Francisco has increased 10 fold!  Rates of rape and other violent crime in areas with high illegal migrants is ALSO ridiculous.

Ahh, see? This is why I'm no fan of Mexico.

Hmm... double post.

Bush is Totalitarian, the Media is not free speech, rather than close it down, how about control it so that it says what you want it to say.

Anyone hear about recent protests on the news? Guess not. Do some research.

@ Stof

Sorry I respect your opinion a lot and I haven't just taken Zeitgeist at it's face value, I have thought about and believed a lot of this sort of thing for a long time.

You know what, if you can convince me that you think the US isn't turning into a similar land as the Nazi's (in which they justify invading other countries for their own benefits as 'Homeland Security) and that the North American Union is GOOD for the world, and that the USA actually follows any of the ideals set out by the original writers of the constitution and the bill of rights any more - then I will sit back and become less paranoid.

Besides that, I don't even live in the USA I'm Australian and this sort of thing worries me... it probably wont even effect me in my life but I don't want the future to end up that way - the USA was created with better intentions.

Bush needs to go, he should never have gotten in in the first place - Al Gore was the new JFK.

Welcome to teh interweb.
Conspiracy that 911 was an inside job is pretty old news.

In times like this, I am glad I am a Canadian and not have to directly be involved with US politics.

I enjoy the daily show and corbert report, however.

George Bush is an idiot who never should have become president ...
But Al Gore is a lying, manipulative, self serving idiot who should have never become president ...

I'm not an American, and I have no vested interest in any candidates, but the reason the Democrats lost the last two elections was that Al Gore and John Kerry were the worst two candidates that could have been choosen; its a common theme lately for the Democrats to choose bad leaders and we will see if it happens again.

Hilary?

Bush or Gore is worse? I'm for Bush being worse.

Why haven't the US signed the Carbon Emission bill that the rest of the world has already?

You mean the Kyoto Protocol?

All Kyoto will do is push Carbon Emissions from western countries with (fairly) strict environmental policies, to developing nations like China and India where they will not only produce more carbon dioxide but will also produce acid rain, poison their soil, and destroy their local environment.

The Asia-Pacific partnership is actually a far more important treaty with less ambitious goals but is far more likely to meet those goals ...

I don't know whether Gore would be better or worse than Bush, but I don't think he was an high enough quality candidate to win and I'm possitive he was never going to be one of the US' better presidents.
