I don't see any BBC iplayer, or even the "tv" tab they were talking about. And some of the aesthetic changes are things that should have been fixed ages ago like blocking the time.
But the one thing that has dissapointed me the most about this update is the lack of cross game voice chat.

The Halo francise is the most overrated bland game to ever hit the console market. It provides a bad name to all FPS that even showed effort at creating an original entertaining plot.

Lack of ps3 logo and sound when you start up a game. (I used to love that).
I may notice more stuff later on but err...hmm...¬_¬ Not feeling it so far.
PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

After 30 minutes of tinkering I'm farily happy with the changes. I like the animated themes. I love the fact that the battery meter no longer blockes the clock. I'm happy that I can log into the PlayStation Store directly to the video section. The ability to change the speed of a video with the analog stick is nifty.
The only complaint I have is that I wish there was a way to turn off the ticker underneath the new status bar. If there already is, I've yet to find it.
