would you want a white ps3

I wouldn't want a white ps3, a green ps3, or a brown ps3, however I may take a free ps3.

This is probably common knowledge, but every generation since the Nes debut, the white/grey console has always won. *last generation, every system was black or purple so it doesn't count.

If the PS3 came in white, that'd be the one I'd buy.

I would of always bought the black PS3.

I would never even look at the white PS3 as a viable option. I may purchase the 40GB if it comes in silver though...

i would prefer the black, i dunno the PS3 just wouldn't suit white, it's too big and shiny for it,..Wii works cos it's tiny and squared, 360 works because it's matte and isn't white on top. The PS3 suits black.

i'm not really sure what other colours it would suit though, it just seems like a machine that should be black. I can think of a number of colours that would suit the Wii (black not one of them) and the Gamecube would suit the whole rainbow. but PS3 just looks right in black.

I agree with black being the only one that looks "right" but i'd buy one that was black, purple, blue or green.

If i'm spending a large part of the time looking at the console itself somethings wrong.
