Forums - Sony Discussion - Its officle PS3 slim and price

Microsofts card later on could be: A Xbox 360 slim! One that fixes the RROD problem for good. That would be huge and I would be tempted to finally pick one up for exclusive games like Alan Wake, Fable 2, Gears of War 2 and Halo 3 (unless they come to the PC first).

These confirmations are always some bablefish translated texts and/or videos from far away places. And if the slim looks anything like that awful OP picture with PS3 on the far right, its a fail from the start!

all i want to see is how it looks like, if thats the ps3 slim as shown in the link, then i dont like it. but im sure thats not real.

I dont know why you guys dont like the Slim, if thats what it looks like, I think it looks sweet. Plus you are only getting one angle at it.

slim version = more overheating = more RROD

Time to Work !

where is the official PS3 slim Picture?

Hmm, Slim, question is... what are they dropping from it if anything? (the PS2 lost the HD bay) for example).

Good to see this site is still going

People need to stop saying "Official". It's "Official" when Sony announces it themselves, not some random retailer. Gamestop will probably give me what they call an "official" release date for Diablo 3 if I ask them, doesn't mean they actually know anything.

I dunno. I think the current PS3 looks more like a luxury media device - and I really like that.

The Slim (supposedly) looks more like a core gaming system.
