Good post...  That was my take.  You can "prove" that something is technically superior with polygon count and stuff, but even then it can subjectively look like crap if the style and execution is lacking, or just not to your liking.  SFIV, for instance, has left a lot of people cold, despite its technical merits in its graphics.  KZ2 is similar, as there are complaints about about "drab" level design, "cookie cutter" enemies, and "bad" facial animation.  The OP cited Gears of War 2 as the "height" of 360's animation prowess, but you're presented with similar "drab" color pallette, "roided out" style...  There's no way to nail something as "best".

Wow, the Sony fanboys are in full force! Guess there is not much really to brag about these days.

1st, The Playstation 3 was "honored" for outselling the Gamecube.

Now, the Playstation 3 is crowned the Graphics King. I find it funny that a machine that is supposed to be SUPER OMEGA powerful has to have to so many supporters trying to convince the masses that its graphics are superior. For instance, no one can discredit the selling power of the Wii. It's performance is evident every month, as is the DS. Shouldn't the PS3's amazing superior powers be so evident that its not even debatable?

Maybe this should communicate something to PS3 fanboys. Also, for all its praise and glory among Sony fanboys, what has it done for Sony? Sony created this theoretically super powerful console at what cost? Financial instability? And Sony supporters actually praise this? The 360 and the PS3 will almost always be on par with one another or very very close. And so far, Microsoft is reaping the benefits.

It's called Lost planet 2...graphical prowess baby!!!! There are other titles we dont know of yet, dont jump the gun.

Even when you take the same game that is multiplatform and analyse it and it's blatantly obvious that the 360 version is superior PS3 fans deny any difference and decree sites to be biased towards the 360 for doing so.  This is the main reason I think it's pointless getting into any discussion with PS3 fans as they've been in denial for 3 years, why entertain their bashed ego's?  For the record I don't agree with the OP's view, mainly as I've not seen any of the games shown with my own eyes like I have KZ2.

So now that we have seen Sony's e3 offerings the graphics war has now become a landslide in Sony's favour. Well done Sony. Well done PStriple
