Maybe trying to get down to the bottom from the top floor while the building was burning would be interesting, but even then the game would be super short.

Army of two had refences to 9/11. I think people who are saying 'no' are talking rubbish. You all play games based on real events... Call of duty games are a prime example as well are the rainbow 6 and counter strike games.
But how would you make a 9/11 game ? what sort of game would it be.

What's the object of the game? Driving planes into the towers? Also I wouldn't be suprised if the game is eventually made. Look at all them FPS games that are recreating wars from the past.
