Although the OP in clearly being overly optimistic about the opening sales of the Conduit, far more people are greatly underestimating it's sales.

In fact, I would be very surprised (and pleased) if The Conduit gets 10% of Halo's opening sales. This is a new franchise and the genre is not particularly popular on the Wii.

Instead of 1/10th in first month is Halo 3's first week as a maximum (meaning well under 400k), I would predict that amount as the minimum first month with the max 1mil (maybe more if preorders are good and I start hearing about launch parties).

It is impossible.

Super Smash Brothers Brawl couldn't even do that. Until The Conduit starts gracing Mountain Dew Game Fuel bottles everywhere, there is not a single chance.
