Forums - Gaming Discussion - Achievements vs Trophies

Which do you like more and why? For people that own both consoles.

well i just bought my 360 yesterday so i cant make the most educated judgement but i still say the trophies are set up better. this is of course my opinion, i just find myself working for trophies harder. achievements seem so small and when it pops up its like "meh 10 more" whereas with trophies i am always trying to get to that next level...i am rambling now someone please shoot me lol

I personally enjoy trophies more. I like the idea of having a Bronze, Silver, Gold and then finally a Platinum. The 360's Achievements are ok and I still enjoy to get them but the GS deal just is messed up I think.

Ex.) Infinite Undiscovery. You got to play the game like 3 times, and then get all the way to the very end at a optional area to kill a hard boss. And then you only get 1 GS? Are you freaking serious?

achievements....i don't really care about trophies.

Not a 360 fanboy, just a PS3 fanboy hater that likes putting them in their place ^.^

I cannot make a judgment since I no longer own a 360 and I do not have a ps3.
