I was pretty disappointed with Tactics A2.  It wasn't nearly as cute as the first one, but more importantly, it was FAR too easy.  The hardest fight in the whole game was the chicken thing in the tutorial.  I made it about 2 hours in, restarted on the hard difficulty, and never even had a single unit come close to dying while completing the game w/ pretty much every sidequest.  I don't like it when games are gruelingly difficult, but I do think it should be at least hard enough to necessitate keeping your eyes open while playing to beat it.

I will enjoy them on Friday XD I am busy right now.

Pikmin is fun once you get the hand of it.

i really like pikmin so far, however, i also dont' read manuals and my first time through I believe i will sadly fall short of getting all the parts within 30 days :(

oh well, second try through should be fine.

I say wait for new play 2 since it's actually a better game.

ya, pikmin 2 is the superior game, get that one.

I have Pikmin 2 but haven't played it yet actually because I'm such a lazy idiot.

I loooooved Pikmin 1 though, and still think it's the most romantic game I've ever played.

If you don't like it, you don't like it, and I won't bother trying to convince you that you were having fun all along or anything dumb like that. But I think your problem is with the controls because I don't recall having that problem and I usually give up really really fast if I have any problem with controls. I'd look up the controls at GameFAQs, or if it's possible for you to breathe away from a computer, maybe try the manual or something. If that solves the problem and you still don't like it, then jump off a bridge man. ::wink emoticon j/k dude::

I never quite understood what's so awesome about Pikmin. I've always been looking at the game and going "So what?". I haven't played it though, so I am holding off on quality judgement until I do so.

I hope I get to play it some day to see what all the fuzz is about.

Do play Pikmin 2. But if it does make some good improvement on gameplay and stuff, it almost completely lose the "romantic" feel of the first game. Pikmin 2 is all about business .

I do hope Pikmin 3 will manage to get back the perfect atmosphere of the original Pikmin.
