Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Nintendo Worth More Then Sony Corp.

If you mean the order i would guess yes but they will all drop in the next yr, significantly for Sony, less so for Nintendo and MS W7 might not perform as projected.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

Then why isint that happening to Toyota and Wal-mart? when they are MUCH bigger then microsoft

What?

Wal*Mart and Toyota are down year over year... lol

It's stocks, they go up, they go down..

Is Toyota larger?  Quick check of Toyota Motors makes it smaller by market cap than MS as of today.  Is there another Toyota or is that it?

While your assessment of stocks is way off, Toyota had a massive operating loss this last FY (I think it was in the tens of billions).  Of course, the auto industry is in a much worse state than the video game industry.

Thats all of Sony....Wow, its certainly impressive.

Though granted, market cap is purely about stock value.

It does mean a lot to how the company looks and how it is fairing.
