I agree with you Soleron, it’ll be nice to hear all the old tracks again. There are some pretty good versions out there already (FR/LG Sevii Islands and Super Smash Bros), but I can’t wait to hear some of the old town tunes.

Other than that I really want to see the new artwork and graphical changes, particularly to places like Sprout Tower (loved that for some reason) and Ecruteak city. Oh and not forgetting any storyline changes, I hope they expand on the original plot prior to the E4

I really liked the track for the final fight with Red, myself. Here's hoping they revamp that, too.

I'm loving the box arts on the first video there, very well made for fan-made box arts.

Anyways the music has never been that big a deal for me in Pokemon games, in fact I usually mute it and turn off the animations when I'm just training for a while.

What I am looking forward to the most is being able to go between Johto and Kanto again, that is to me what made G/S the best pokemon game.

Wow, a wave of nostalgia just knocked me over.  How many hours have I invested into Pokemon over the years.  I'd love to see a remix of Wild Battle especially.
