Cheap Trick..........they came out with the song "Surrender" that is in Guitar Hero II.

According to wikipedia, they were considered the top 25 out of 100 in VH1's greatest hard rock artists.

Wow the HUD set up in the second video is terrible.... although I suppose it's a case of "each to their own" as I have seen some of people on here's images of what their desktop looks like.

I think I will put the info screen (with the reminders of what ammo you picked up etc) in the middle at the bottom, which is easy to glance at unlike it being in a corner, but also not having text scrolling across bits of the screen where enemies could be..... so at the bottom of the screen it will be rare to see enemies unless they are right in front of you.

I wonder if it is possible to rotate things like the health bar? To be honest I think I would prefer it horizontal, but it would be nice to have the option.
