I am hoping to start a vgchartz.com league at thesimexchange.com . It is a stock market like trading place where games are traded like stocks and thier value is derived from NPD sales numbers. Some current numbers: MP3 lifetime is trading at : 503.00 (each unit is 10k units, so thats projecting at 5 million) MP3 Sept. sales : 30.00 (300k) Wii lifetime : 10,640 (way overvalued , thats projecting 100 million sales. and yes you can "short" a stock) Wii Sept sales : 54.32 (543k) PS3 lifetime : 5,800 (58 million) PS3 Sept sales : 18.92 (189K) XBox 360 lifetime : 5731.36 ( 57 million, just UNDER PS3) XBox 360 Sept sales : 41.46 (414K) Blue Dragon lifetime : 90.42 (904K) Halo 3 lifetime : 1,027 ( 10million) Heavenly Sword lifetime : 152.11 ( 1.5 million) I am currently sitting in 604 rank out of everyone and have been as low as 550. those aren't MY numbers, thats what they are currently trading at on thesimexchange.com . I assume you think they are too high and that I could make a big profit by shorting that stock....

So, the Wii is overvalued with 100M sales lifetime in NPD numbers but 360 and PS3 with 57/58 isn't? Meaning every USA:n household will have 2 consoles. Yes, i do see all 3 being a bit overvalued.
