The only info I have on it is this:

Legend of Zelda Medley (4:43 minutes long)
Koji Kondo is the composer
LoZ: OoT - Hyrule Symphony is the name of the song

Just try to look for anything that resembles that. It has the main Hyrule field theme in it, the dark world theme from ALTTP which is amazing, the main theme (obviously) and many other great tracks!
