At first, I thought maybe the guy had some useful insights or some angle that would go with his "don't hype Killzone 2 too much" bit, welll before I read it. But now, after reading it, my feeling is that what he brings up is a lack of intelligence regarding the retail side of the videogame industry. Retailer breaks the release date for when Killzone 2 is supposed to be sold by, and people then return the game saying "it doesn't work".
My take is that, the servers aren't ready, and apparently the retailer and/or buyers are playing ignorant to this fact, or in the case of the consumer, just don't know.
