They're really fun. Of course there's the duds and the shovelware titles, but there are plenty of games that are a blast to play. Kitler's got a great thread about recommended Wii titles. I suggest you check it out.

Well... just pretend the top 5 games for each week don't exist. That makes it a bit more fair for the other contenders (It's what I do).

i think the word nintendomination is old and stale, and doesn't properly represent how bad nintendo is kicking ass. it should be replaced with...

This reminds me of the betting companies in the UK on the Christmas Number One Single odds. Since the X Factor winner's single has snapped up the Number One for 4 straight years, all companies now take bets on what will be the Christmas Number Two single!

Two Week Update (as of 2/21... minus Japanese sales for the week of 2/21 *shifty eyes*)

Wii:

Shaun White Snowboarding has passed the Million mark. Congratulations!

Wii Sports passes 43 million
Wii Play passes 22 million
Wii Fit passes 16 million
Sonic & the Secret Rings passes 2 million

DS:

There's been some major adjustments to many DS games, some adjusted up and many adjusted down. In fact, DS lost 4 million sellers this week (High School Musical 2: Work This Out!, Petz: Catz 2, Final Fantasy IV DS, and Petz: Dogz 2).

So nintendogs is the DS best-selling title. I didn't even realize it was that high.
