This is possibly the most revealing and awesome teaser trailer I have ever seen and raises the question of whether importing your original character is an option in the sequel.

I'm personally really excited for this game and about what I will hear about it in GDC and it really took me by surprise that a geth robot is inside Shephard's armor.  Will this game be more epic than the original?

I'm hinting towards a yes. . .

I'm loving it...I think there ar egoing for way to start you off fresh, for new players, without having to play ME. The best way is to missing in action your character, that way, you don't start off a celebrity and whatnot...basically, you'll recover bits and pieces as the game progresses. I really hope we cget a more expanded cityscape view, and allow mundane things like customizable quarters as well. This bodes well for the games release in late 2009, imho.

Anyway, my latest theory is that you play as the geth, that would be an extremely radical change wouldn't it... but it is unlikely, I think they are going to invade earth, but I am certain that we will get to go to earth, rather than just see it the wrong way around from the moon
