Ok ,I saw this information at Kotaku taken from Germany with data about monthly sales and the total userbase of the plattforms .

Ok ,the monthly sales for May ,June and July for the 3 plattforms have been

 X360 ,May 8000 ,June 5000 ,July 5000 units .

Playstation 3 ,May 13 000 units ,June 8 000 units ,July 8 000 units .

Wii ,there isnt information for May and June but for July we have 26 000 units sold ,far outselling the PS3 by 3-1 and even more the 360 with more of a 5-1 ratio .

Then the total userbase

 X360 ,281 000 units .

Wii ,291 000 units .

PS3 ,99 500 units .

Thats until end of july .Now if we added the august numbers and those remained more or less in the same tone  we could be in some 286 000 for the 360 ,315 000 for the Wii and 108 000 units for the PS3 ,maybe more the later if the Starter Pack had some effect there .

Just to compare to vgchartz figures

Wii ,339 507 units .

X360 ,309 000 units .

PS3 ,108 000 units .

So lets say vgchartz is about spot on with the PS3 (maybe undertracking it a bit if the Starter Pack had any effect ) ,and it overtracks somewhat the two other plattforms although not by much ..some 24 000 units each ......both between the 10% margin of error the page considers as acceptable .

i think they add 3 month for wii
so we have may , june and july in one month for the wii.

because if wii outsell the PS3 by 3-1 ratio and ps3 eally explode in germany (starter pack)

Europe must be a real pain to track, so many countries and such wildly varying preferences between them. Also most of them have such low numbers...

Yes ,its quite accurate .That doesnt change that having the real data some adjustements could be made .I mean ,its pretty clear the 360 never outsells the PS3 in Germany as the charts of the site show it to be more often than not .

 Clear from 3 weeks charts that 360 "never" outsells PS3 in Germ? Please. 360 is gaining on PS3 anyway by that. -5,000 the first week, then -3,000 after that.

Now a price drop also. Would be sad if one of the last bastions for PS3 is even outsold there.

An error of 116% for 360 is not accurate, and 40 % for the wii is not accurate.

Don't forget, that the numbers are always adjusted when officials numbers are known. So, it's obvious that two month or three month, next the last adjustement with official data, we have 10 % of error. You think, it's good, but no. It's not good because the numbers between the last adjustement and now, are very different. If the numbers have been never adjusted, i thought, we would have seen a very big difference between gfk numbers and vgc numbers. It's because of the regular adjustement that the numbers of vgc are accurate.  

But, i ask me, what was the old numbers of Germany before the big adjustement of european numbers the last week. I'am certain, that before this adjustement (due to information form chart track for UK, so why german numbers change, mystery), the numbers were better that now.  

And my last remark concern all europe, because french numbers have changed for exemple. 

This week, the german numbers will be update with these new information., it's obvious, and i'm agree with you. 

It's the true reason of what vgc numbers are accurate with a little margin for the next week, before the new adjustement....
