My friends wants to sale me his Wii, two controllers, Paper Mario, RE4, Madden 08, and Metroid for 350$. Metroid, of course, isn't out yet. He has it preordered and fully paid off. I'm not sure if I'm getting ripped off or not, though. How much are used Wii's going for on Ebay? Is this a must buy?

Just make a list and add the values the item have for you (used) up: 

 That would make $320. Ignore Ebay and such thing. Just think about how much you would pay for each item separately (used) add that up, and subtract some $ because you buy it as package. Or do you think about selling them over Ebay?

your doing your friend a favor, you can trust him, no delivery charges or worries etc, you get it right away so it's much better then using Ebay.

I am considering getting a 2nd Wii (US version) to avoid the evil Australian delays & price hikes - and this seems excellent to me. That's an excellent cross-section of games to start with. 

All new? That's one heck of a deal! I've been checking Ebay for perhaps a US WII, next to my JP version, but they go away for about 280-300USD.. excluding shipping within the US / outside the US, without a game or extra's at all!!

Yeah for that I'm jealous! I'd most definitely would go for it! You have at least my vote and Mario Paper is a wonderful game and everyone around here seems to love RE4, plus Metroid Prime, you've got 3 top games in hand.
