does the japanese version have trophies? cuz im just getting the jap version, im sick and tired of square. the ps3 version is going to be done but its release is going to be pushed back until the 360 port is done.

The last 2 FFs were crap and Star Ocean 3 was good? Did we play the same games? If the last 2 FFs sucked then SO3 was total garbage with it's alteration and destruction powers that were never used .

As a HUGE FF fan, i am sick of waiting for this, i think i might take up Japanese.
It might actually be good for Sony though. The early Japan release will help next christmas (if it makes it out then) And in 2010, it gives Sony a chance to raise its install base and work on the price drop.
MS will take the marketing for it completely though.
I am going to import so I dont care.
that sucks, but i wasnt expecting this game till september 2010 at the earliest, here in the states.

No doubt, and you make good points: all I mean to say is that they could be making considerably more money this generation if the Fabula Nova Crystalis project wasn't such a timesink and moneysink.
