700 cars? DANG!!! GT is still not my type of game. I prefare more arcadey racing games like N4S than absolute sims.

 err......i suppose you've never palyed true sims like GTR: GT is actually an ARCADE racing game

I thought 10Tacle studios had the sole rights to use the ferrari name and cars in video games? Did the two companies come to some sort of agreement?

Ck -- You are obviously a level headed gamer... Have you played Forza 2?  What is your take on the game?  Graphically it doesn't blow me away, but the physics and AI are top-notch.  What are you expecting from GT from a simulation standpoint?  I realize that graphically they are set the bar for all others to follow...

I'm glad to know this!!!  I was just thinking about it last week when I received my second set of steering wheel and pedal for ps2.

But too bad there's no "confirmed" release date yet, but looking forward to it. :)
