Not all of those are JRPG's and you forgot about the abundance of DS and PSP rpgs....also the few Wii RPG's



Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

Of the games you listed, VC was definately the best in my book.

However, its a SRPG. I don't think that really qualifies as a JRPG as well... does it?

If you discount VC, I think Lost Odyssey would be the best of that bunch, for certain... Tales was decent, but LO was better.

There´s no JRPG of the year in any website anyway, it´s under RPG of the year and Persona 4 has good chances to win some against the hyped Fable II and Fallout 3.
