Anywho, the game does look really good.  I'm interested to see if this translates into gameplay, because a lot of it looks like CGI...regardless, it looks great.  The guy with the staff does look pretty badass too.

Sorry but now I just do not believe you played it (not to mention you don't need directx10 for the max option) , the enviroments are crazy in Crysis Warhead.

I can't disagree there...while the details look great and the textures are very nice, to me, the 'good guys' have always looked very bloated, as opposed to muscular. That doesn't mean the game looks any worse though, they just could have 'toned' them a little better IMO. I've thought that since the first one though.

Ok that is how you think about it (and maybe some sony fanboys), the rest of the world and concepts artist disagree, for some reason the images are gone but just look what kind of response Hawkprey gets. (BTW most of them prof concept artists) You are still entitled to your opinion though. Just now that people who really recognize art disagree.

You know the multiplayer maps will dynamically change as you play... for example that snow capped village can experience a avalanche. I'm really excited to play this... I wonder if Marcus uses the Arnold saying "you're one ugly m f'er"

Weird you say that. The characters in Gears have their style by doing just that: being big muscular guys with big torsos and small heads! It's seriously EPIC's way to show how humans on planet Sera look like (and that Unreal Tournament planet, can't recall the name of it). I think the whole ''world torn apart'' concept is really something that not everyone can envision, and someone out there found a way to show it to us. Sure, the colors are bland, but that's exactly what it's supposed to be. Don't try to tell me Gears tried to look realistic more than artistic: I haven't seen car's like that and weapons with chainsaws attached ever in my life!
