All we know for a fact so far is that there is a rumor out there, and most of us have known for months that they planned on cutting out the EE in the PS3 eventually here in NA. Even if we get the 60gb without a EE, it's a different sku.

But I'm waiting for Jack to jump in and say something about this, instead of what seemed like backhanded comments that could have been taken from the SCEE head incorrectly.

I think Reeves comments make it official, at least in America there is not going to be a 60gig version of the PS3. So to all those people that were saying that Sony was pulling a fast one with the price cut, I guess they were right because as soon as they are out of 60gig PS3s it is back to the good old 599US dollars.
