To say it in few words: i'm not disappointed by Nintendo, even if they're far from perfect: i'm disappointed by third parties...
Things are beginnin' to change in 2009, but anyway, more than two years to decide themselves to create exclusive quality games, build from the ground for Wii? And for a 1/3 of the budget of a PS360 game? They suck...
I think Wii is a test, a chance for smaller devs to come with original ideas, and prove their talent... but some bigger devs just prove they are big corporations where passion, dedication and originality are not pushed forward, but refrained... they've lost their soul, imho...
It still may change in the next few years, but my faith is in smaller, dedicated dev teams... they'll push the graphics, take advantage of the new control method in original ways, and some cult classics will follow...
And even if all these games will not become multi million sellers, the Wii userbase will be so huge that any of these will make profit, and that's not the least important in this business, even if many PS360 fans seem to forget about it... cos their "super hits" will always make profits, that's for sure, but all their games with average sales? It could bring many small devs down VERY FAST...

and an ugly drawing in 1080p will stay ugly forever..."
Not me neither, My love to Nintendo is strong, stronger that a lot of people I know, because if only one casual game is announced for wii they suddenly drop everything, while I'm looking foward to it, like Wii sport resort and even wii music looks fun. And for the devils sake, haven't they heard about the Conduit.
Comment me for my wii number.

MeowTheMouse said: im disappointed with what u all casual gamers dont care about.. and that is retro gaming.. VC is too over priced which made me go back to emulation or piracy.. sorry i cant buy a game i owned 2 times for more then 5$ i was expecting some online on the old games or atleast paying monthly like game tap. There VC service is crappy and very over priced, and this shows that they dont care about hardcore retro gamers |
No you go back to emulation because you want it

My response was grammatically correct. I didn't have to go into the reasons I'm disappointed with Nintendo. I've done that before. I'm sorry if you had rather that I had said, "Ahoy".

I accept your apology.
I guess.
It's not that people are disappointed by Nintendo, but what the Wii offers.
Wii has several good games but the problem is that compared to HD Consoles or PC, the Wii has a severely inferior selection of games.
Nintendo is doing good. But needs to work on better games and future consoles
