sure, but they could have least shown one game. Singstar doesnt count imo.

LOL Lips owns Sing Star.

I'm sure you'll be rushing out to get that. First day purchase huh?
|
Um..yeah. I sing so naturally i'll like a game like this. Secondly you can play your IPOD songs on the game and it will include lyrics and will have plenty of online updates unlike Singstar, which i've been playing since PS2 and quite frankly left me wanting more and was pathetic. My friend has the Wii and he buys those group games, I have my own. Kareoke owns when you can sing.

You do realise SingStar gets 'plenty of online updates', yes? Do you even have the game (your game collection suggests not)? I've been playing both SingStar 1 & 2 since each was released on PS3, and while it may not be perfect, it certainly isn't the game you seem to be describing. Especially not as now all the PS2 disks will also be playable in the PS3 version as announced at Leipzig. That's a pretty big deal for the PS2 SingStar crowd, if not you.
|
I haven't played the PS3 versions, but Lips will have what Singstar has and more.
|
Right. Sure. Do you even know everything SingStar now does? Clearly not.
Surely you can see that Sony will add more features, just as Microsoft copied the idea from SingStar for Lips. Why are you bothering with this fanboy rant? Microsoft is bringing out a singing game. Sony already has one. Both will have a bunch of cool features. At different points, one may be better, one may not be, but few will care excepting truly hard core fans, especially as each will probably be receiving constant updates, meaning the 'better' version is unlikely to be 'better' for long, making your comments redundant. At best, they are probably going to be 'different', with each having a few unique features, but I really doubt one game will have everything the other has and more, especially considering SingStar has already had a bunch of new features added since its initial release, and that was without competition.
