The 360 is able to render in real time 1080P graphics. Not upconverted. If the game supports native 1080p, the 360 runs it 1080p.

PS3 has a lot more better graphics for exclusives
multiplatform is the same. though in the early days, 360 had a better version than the ps3 version.

2. You're wrong. Virtua Tennis 3 was the first native 1080p 360 game, and there have been a few others since.
