Gameranking scores mean nothing. Eternal Sonata has barely sold 200k worldwide. Sales speak a lot more than BS review scores on a biased gaming site.

Really? Then I guess Nintendogs is better than all Wii, 360, and PS3 games except Wii Sports. Also btw doesn't game rankings use average reviews of many gamesites? So all of them are bias? Did you play all three games? I know for sure I did and my favorite game out of the 3 is eternal sonata.

I played all 3 and I hated Eternal Sonata the most out of the three. Oblivion I liked more because it is a WRPG and easier for me to play. The other two games were harder, JRPG's meaning niche market games.

BTW: I do not waste my time reading reviews I spend my time playing games not reading about some idiot reviewer has to say about them. Game reviewers are opinionated they lack objectivity.

And yet people tell me that HD console fans are the most hardcore. Alright I guess we can have our opinons, but I never though a game being hard made it bad. I actually prefer harder games.

The JRPG's are just Final Fantasy clones. FF series is the only JRPG series worth talking about in the mainstream gaming world.

Thank god I'm also part of the Niche. Otherwise I will be missing out on many great Jrpgs. Also pokemon and dragon quest are two other 'mainstream" jrpgs that are worth playing.

I agree with your second sentence, and I don't think that's a good thing for Final Fantasy.

Just want to know what your idea of this bias is. I would think the bias would lean more toward lost odyssey really. Most reviews I do find unbias.though you are right about wiisports and wii play.

JRPG's are also classified as  either Action Adventure  or Hack n' Slash in Western European/North american nations.

Pokemon and Dragon's Quest are high selling games but I would not classify them JRPG's. I call them Action Adventure  games.
