i just got the rrod and don't know what to do, i bought my 360 from ebay, i dont have a box or receipt. can i get it fixed??where do i send it?

When was the manufacturer date of your 360? If its lower than 3 years, MS should fix it worry-free.

Calm down. First thing, give that MOFO some bad feedback for selling you an obviously defective console. 2nd, call Microsoft Support and get a "Coffin" (Www.xbox.com for the number) 3rd. Wait and you'll be back on your feet gaming in less than a month probably closer to 2 weeks.

XBOX.com -Customer service. You'll be back in the game in about two weeks. You'll get something for free, too. Probably a month of XBL or Viva Pinata.

You know, now that I think about it. They should be handing out Viva Pinata in these returns. It is a great game and if they can get all these people to play it, it could become a huge franchise. They could make it cheaper for themselves to not include the manual or case and just put the disc inside a paper sleeve. The printing of the game is probably less than $0.10.
