I expect EP3 to be longer then EP2 so I expect the game to really be released sometime Q1 2009. Now HL3, that will be 2012 or later.

What? Excuse me if you don't like HL2 but an Ep3 announcement is much bigger to me and many people than Alan Wake or Halo Wars...

For you and many people yes. But this is a X360 forum, and both Alan Wake and Halo Wars are several times bigger than EP3 for the X360.
Besides, I didnt say I disliked HL2.

As I pointed out in my first post, this thread doesn't belong here, it should have been in Gaming or PC sections. I honestly have no idea why leo-j put news about a primarily PC game by a PC developer who is actually somewhat at odds with MS in the MS forum.
Either way I would challenge that assertion that Halo Wars and Alan Wake are "several times bigger" announcements. There are quite a few X360 owners who finally had an opportunity to play HL2 with the Orange Box and were very impressed with the series. At best there is division as to which is the bigger announcement, which is usually the case when it comes to people's taste.
Not sure why this wasn't locked by Ben or SSJ when it turned out to be fake, but yeah, I don't want anyone else confused. HL2:Ep3 is NOT confirmed at E3, so locking.
