As a Gamecube fanboy from last gen, here's my advice:

1) Ignore sales charts. Don't even look at them.

2) Only read sites specifically for your console. Stay away from sites that cover more popular consoles, you don't want to see or hear about their games.

3) If you have to argue with owners of more popular consoles (not a good idea) here are some things you can say that are impossible to refute for months or years,

a) When ___ is released, things will turn around.  (make sure ___ doesn't have a release date)
b) Just wait until the next price drop, then my console will be more popular.
c) My console actually costs less when you include ___ and ____ and ____ and ____ and ____ and ____.

Sorry, but this thread is just *too* inflammatory. Sorry Mr "5 posts" - try for a more positive thread next time, with some formatting. This isn't a good way to start a VG career :)

It's annoying but it's just a matter of ignoring certain threads and or Identifying and trying to remember who the trolls are and simply skipping over their posts since it seems repeat offenders won't be perma-banned.

This is a sales site. PS3 isn't selling all that great. You do the math.
