Ah, didn't see this before posting in other thread.

Interesting that they are doing DLC before Nintendo does. I do wonder how much space the songs will take up because I have 2 gigs of Rock Band installed.

I'd also have to buy more Wiimotes just to play with an already expensive set...I hate how Rock Band and GH aren't fully compatible and keep adding stuff to the Guitars and/or not making them backwards compatible.

Well, you can Blame Harmonix/EA for that.  Guitar Hero staked its claim to the Wii almost a full year before they deigned to grace us with their presence.  And it's not even like Activision could stop them; Activision's guitars just implement a classic controller; hence, it would be trivial for RB to support GH3 controllers, even if they still provided their own.

As it is, as far as I'm concerned, until Harmonix picks up their game and starts delivering based on what is good for the *customer* rather than what is good for their bottom line, they can gtfo.

(before anyone spouts me some bulls*** about them being a company and being allowed to maximize profit; they're in the entertainment industry.  Their business is built around the customer's experience; if the customer doesn't have a good experience, then they won't come back and spend more money with that company.  And so far, my post-EA experience with Harmonix has been that of people lying to me about what is possible on the wii, blatantly blaming the Wii or Activision or whoever for their unwillingness to put any effort into their product on the Wii, instead deciding to give us a straight-up port of the PS2 version, rather than the version the other next-gen products get)

Please, PLEASE do NOT feed the trolls.

Looks awesome, I have always been loyal to the guitar hero franchise so this is a must have for me.

Rock remixes of Nintendo songs... That would be sweet!

How many cups of darkness have I drank over the years? Even I don't know...

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

^^^ Why would you have a problem with that?

I think they oughta be able to work with Stemage to at least have their Metroid Metal Album.

Completely agree.  They are allowed to maximize profit, but one way to do that is to make the game as good as possible and not alienate the fans of the genre.  We are also allowed to vote with our wallets and not buy this crappy port.
