We can insult and boycott Ubisoft, but my sig, which doesn't mention anyone in particular is "insulting".

Ehhh... no. I have the right to support or not support a company but you (not personally you) don't have the right to insult me because i do not support a company.


You are asking other people to stop buying from a company just because they don't make what you want


But other people can judge by themselves if they want to boycott them, by asking them to boycott a company i present to them my line of argument. If they have the same feelings with me they're gonna help, if not they'll keep buying. That simple really.

I may be insulting a company because i'm insulted when i'm lied to, and when i'm told that there's no hardcore fanbase owning my console.

I'm just not spending my money on crap and i'm recommending to other with the same ideology to follow what i am doing in order to change things we don't like.

 Whiners is an insult, would you call me a whiner if I'm displeased with the Sony products for putting an explosive batterie on my lap or DRM root on my cds??

This is not about the people who works on the company is about the company choices against their costumers...

 They are not insulting the devs, or the janitors, they are displeased and in their right to complain and take measures to be heard, you are just annoyed by others point of view, and like a lot of people say here, if you get no harm, why bother in put such line in your sig??

Yes but it is casual crap, and you are not a casual gamer, so it obviously does not suit your taste

 


I don't mind casual games, in fact i own A LOT of them. Wii Fit, WarioWare, Mario & Sonic, Cooking Mama and more. What i do mind is casual games of low quality which were developed for the sole reason of funding big AAA projects of other platforms.

I didn't say you're a racist, I'm just pointing out how flawed your argument is by using an example.

Anyways, I wasn't saying that you should be banned but this is the type of thing many users do and get banned for and then complain that the mods are biased.
