It's been a looooooooooong time coming but Nintendo Australia has finally announced today that it will release Super Smash Bros. Brawl on Wii in Australia on June 26, 2008.

The all-star fighting game boasts more moves, more levels, more characters, and more of pretty much everything than its top-selling GameCube predecessor Melee, takes advantage of the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection and introduces The Subspace Emissary adventure mode.

Yeah, this has been known for a while. I was extremely annoyed several weeks ago, when I discovered even you Aussies were getting the damn game before Europe. =P

To be honest. I'm having trouble caring atm. My brothers (who owns the wii in our house) a bit disillusioned with Nintendo atm due to the delayed Australian release of brawl.

We'll get it obviously. But not happy Nintendo...

Well at least it has now been officially announced rather than just rumoured. I was completly fed up with waiting for this game as there really is no legitimate reason to delay the game for so long.
