Killzone takes the cake when all aspects are taken into account. The animation, and lighting in that game are on another level, and the textures look to be very close to the CG trailer in 2005.

Gears 2 is deffenatly no slouch. I would say it falls short of Uncharted, GT5P, and Killzone 2. Their is still a long way to go, so many things will change.
