I understand why people do not think this game is 'perfect' (I actually don't even like the series much at all) because it has some small flaws here and there and believe that those alone warrant a loss some points. But, I'm sure we can all agree that there are games out there that are greater than the sum of its parts.

Here is why it deserves a 10.

- It is greater than anything other 1st/3rd party games have achieved thus far (if you don't give this a 10 how can you give DMC4 a 9?)
- It improves on old GTA games in every way (better visuals, better story, better acting better gameplay)
- It cost an arm and a leg to make and most of it was money well spent.
- Multiplayer alone is worth a 10
-Value for money : 60 bucks gets you GTA4 and everything that comes with the game or Ironman.

Now is this my favorite game of all time or the best game I've ever played? I'd rather play Ikaruga than gTA4...Just like I'd rather listen to Slayer than Mariah Carey who is 10 times more talented than the boys from Slayer.

A 10 is defined as a game that has surpassed everything else. It has done the best that anyone else hoped to accomplished.

I find it true for GTA.

Well, the game is mindblowing, and the attention to detail that has been put in is just amazing, and for that alone it deserves a 10 (I am currently coming towards the end, and it is a fantastic game)

There is a sticky for the game and we have had 5 bajillion million frillion threads on this. Enough is freakin' enough. I am so sick of hearing why person #5942010385673 doesn't believe that GTA IV deserves a ten out of ten. Yes, maybe it's not perfect, but do you really think your opinion is so much more mind-opening than any of the other billion ones?
