Eh he's 21. People who are 21 tend to think there smarter then everyone else... right about until they get out of college. Gotta have some leeway for peoples ages. I mean look at all the second chances Leo-J got.

 It's even harder to ban a Mod.  If you do so all their credibility is shot to hell and they can't effectivly moderate anymore as any ban the give would be up for criticism.

Well unless you accidently ban yourself.  Then people just laugh at you behind your back.

Yeah, that's probably true... a ban of a mod would cause a problem. Perhaps we can just shun him like the Amish do.

All kidding aside, making posts like that probably does more to lessen the respect for him as a moderator than a ban would.
