Pardon me for being cliche..but don't count your chickens before they hatch.
Anyways on to what i think..
Wii has just blown all of my expectations for GTA IV week.
PS3 is looking at around 280-300k this week which is a good boost.
360 is looking at around 230-260k this week, which is lower then PS3 but good nonetheless.

Wii: 46 Million
Xbox 360: 26 Million
PS3: 22 Million
Sale Predictions:
Gears Of War 2 - 7 Million
Fable 2 - 3 Million
Left 4 Dead - 1.5 Million
Infinite Undiscovery - 700k
Tales Of Vesperia - 550k
The Last Remnant - 700k
Ninja Gaiden - 800k LTD [?] On its way.
Banjo-Kazooie N&B - 2 Million
Lost Odyssey - 500k LTD [X] surpassed
Too Human - 1.4 Million
looking at the wii h/w one might be forgiven to think that GTA IV was released exclusive on Wii.

I predicting that the first time in history in america charts that the top three spots in the software charts will all be first week million sellers.
May be in this order
1. GTA IV 360
2. GTA IV PS3
3. Mario Kart WII

I think thats what is so amazing about the Wii, every time we get used to seeing it sale like crazy it ups the ante and sales even faster. I expected great deal from the Wii, but not holiday-like sales in May!

The increase is huge. It doubled the sales of the console in a single week. I'm not sure what you were expecting, but clearly you haven't looked at the effect of other monster releases on console sales, because this is quite a strong push.
My opinion: both the 360 and particularly the PS3 had a spectacular jump this week, very good even considering a monster game came out this week.
