Great thread.

Some of the sonys fans excuses for the ps3 STILL not overtaking the 360 this gen just make me laugh my head off.

Sony won a couple of gens with their financial muscle.

It's about time that sony fan's realised that microsofts pockets are deeper and they will stop at nothing to ensure they put sony in a coma by the end of this gen.

Ok then what I said still stands. I said when both Sony and M$ entered. It wasn't biased at all.

If you are counting from when both Sony and Microsoft entered then it is:

Nintendo - 1

Sony - 1

Microsoft - 0

may I ask why you started counting with the Ps1? to give Sony the advantage maybe?

while youare at it please explain how Nes and Snes doesnt count in your magical ekvation?

That's when they first entered the console wars right? That's why I put it in there. If there was any other major consoles (Dreamcast died) then I would've included them in there.

But since you are counting wins of all three then you have to start when Nintendo entered or when gaming consoles in general started, you cant just skip generations when you are counting wins, it doesnt make sense.

 

 

I know for sure that if I didn't count "Just between the three of them" Nintendo would have like 7000000000000000, please coop with me here I don't want anymore trouble with this confusion.

I dont want to start any trouble it just doesnt make sense counting when everyone else started except Nintendo.

No it wouldnt be that figure you wrote it would be 3-Nintendo 2-Sony 0-MS.

By the way you count the i guess Italy won most world cups ever then. yay I have to celebrate that fact.

Since we're just making up rules on how to count, I declare that first place gets two points, second place gets one point, and last place gets no points. I also declare that counting will start from last gen, which was the first gen to have all three contestants in the race. So:

Sony gets two points for last gen, and no points for this gen.
Microsoft gets one point for last gen, and one point for this gen.
Nintendo gets no points for last gen, and two points for this gen.

Final Score:
Sony - 2
Microsoft - 2
Nintendo - 2

Everyone is winnar!!!

That's just wrong. How would that be possible? I demand an explanation. One for the way how you count that and another one why the hell you would celebrate that. You are sick, man.

I count the first 30 years of Worldcup and the last 30 years.

I know but there are no doctors currently with any education in my disease so I have to learn to live with it :(.

Yeah Xbox was the first console, but Sony entered the gen before that ...
