I have gained weight but of pure muscle since ive been hitting the gym for over a year and a half now.

Eh, you can't help what happens when you're sick. If you're better now, you can try to get back on track.
I lost 16kg/ 35 lbs. My gym will be closed for a week or so, and I will probably cook all of my meals for myself so I will probably lose more weight sadly.
Lost 50 lbs last year while doing a lot of workout but had to stop it once I started working as a corporate lawyer, "gained" back 10 lbs but want to lose 50 again by the end of next year
Lost 3 kg compared to last year's end. And now im weighting 86kg. Had gone down to 84 in october, but this last month its just impossible not to gain weight.
Lost 5kg (like 10 pounds?) of which most was fat, so I'm happy. I was getting a bit fat and I'm 29 so I wanna keep my weight and muscle in a good level so I can have good longevity later

I fluctuate 5 lbs all year round. I'm pretty steady at 215. My frame doesnt like being heavy. Being 6' 4" and overweight wont do my knees any good.
