I think we gonna get all  technichal and strategy  info in september with full lineup  and pricing reavel at PSX. This is just a teaser. Better battery i think should be priority. I dont think wireless charging will be any efficent for gaming (too slow), and too expensive aswell.

All the upcoming games TLOU2, DS etc, to lunch on both systems. Im betting on march 2020 realese with TLOU 2. PS5 is the only reason that we don't  have any news about does games since E3 last year. I expect they will reannonce does games to showcase games running on new hardware.

I agree wireless charging wont do much, But some sort of quick charge is vital.

although I think the situation with TLoU2 will be similar to TLou1 last gen.. it will release on PS4 prior to launching on PS5.. and it will be used as a showcase to show off how PS5 could improve PS4 games

Pretty much. Maybe it will be this year. Rerelease next yr with main game and left behind esque extra.

They promised raytracing on the ps3, i'll wait on the official specs

Sony never promised Ray tracing on PS3 for games, It was just a demonstration of how powerfull PS3 Cell was when used in clustered setup to do specific task on linux.

Just like what OPs source says ehmm hmmm

In this case at least (though I'm sure Xbox will also have it now), I was wrong about Raytracing (though we'd need to see more). Hearing that it'll pack an SSD faster than my PC is capable of is the bananas part! O_O

I think it'd be fair to just wait for the actual product on shelves and see what it's capable of then the hyping of a PR man (as foretold by vivster the Great)

OP's Source is Wired Exclusive interview with Mark Cerny. Promoted By every playstation Twitter Handle. This is not a leak or Rumor its official.

Also considering that ray tracing is reality on Nvidia cards and now even on older generation cards, A custom Ray tracing solution designed for closed off API will be much more efficient that a PC version.

Will this be the end of remasters that are only 1 gen apart?? lol

If indeed this is true then honestly this is great news as my backlog is taking awhile to complete but would love to move forward as well.

Honestly as much i love a platform that can play games from the old system, i want also an old games that run in the new graphic, new improvement and slightly better graphic, and that is possible only with remaster/HD remaster and remake especially. Because i love to see the progression of game tech and graphic from old system to the new one.

I'm going to say its going to be purely theoretical benchmarkings, but I won't mind being proven wrong when everything is done

All this has me wondering how much we'll be paying for it lol. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem paying a hefty price, but we're not gonna' have a repeat of the PS3 launch are we?
