Wow GoW4 and Smash Ultimate are neck in neck. Smash Ultimate didn't have to fight all year round like GoW4 has to stay in the top, but I believe the results would have been the same had it released around the same time as GoW.

Forza Horizon 4 holds the crown for me. From this list I only own RDR2, FH4, and Celeste (never played it yet). Nothing can top the experience that FH4 has given me (Of course until FH5 releases in 2021).

God of War for me without a doubt, smash is great and RDR2 is good but yeah nothing beats GOW in 2018.

How so? GoW was great and deserving of the win.

Irregular polling behaviour. It happened in the previous big polling comp and I (and some mods) believe there is tampering going on again. When a single option jumps 70 votes within 1 hour there is something not right. Truck should switch to ID based votes right at the end of it to prove my point.

Smash > Celeste > God of War

Pretty good year for games.

Red Dead Redemption hands down.
