The player base is huge on the ps4. The game runs and looks well and is so fun. You won't go wrong with that version anyway.
Large playerbase on PC and a very helpful community there. Better performance and visuals, so I'd say grab it on PC. I'll also be trying out the Switch version myself, despite playing it on PC.

The game on Switch certainly won't run at 60fps
Watch IGN’s updated 2018 review on the game, it gives you a lot of info. I’d say grab it on the Switch just because I will be. But ultimately, whichever system you prefer since you can put a ton of hours into it.

I have it on my ps4 and Xbox one and will also download on the switch when its available I have it on steam when it first came out some years back but I haven't used my pc for gaming in a long time
