Wow! I like the art style and the new gameplay! I might actually be interested to this!

It seems Yokai Watch 4 will be a total reinvention.It obvious that it takes cues from Ni No Kuni 2.I just hope it dosent take cues from its mistakes.

Otherwise this is good news, since the franchise needed a shakeup.Lets just hope that the game is actually good.

Yokai Watch ended. The show is now in Yokai Watch Shadowside which is less about the slapstick comedy gags and more about the action and overall story. The creatures have completely changed and are now kuroi (it’s like a hyper-realistic, scarier art style meaning “wicked)” and have both a Lightside and Shadowside form.

Yokai from Yokai Watch will be included in the game alongside Yokai Watch Shadowside.

My Hype just deflated.

First they dont release Yo-Kai Watch 3 in the west (even though it takes place in the US).
Now they radically change the combat system....

*edit:
On secound thought, this looks abit like FF12, which I could deal with.... maybe this wont be so bad.
They have to release the 3rd game in the west too though, common Level-5 get someone to do it and just get it out there as a last hurray for the 3DS.

January 25th is my guess for a release date.
