Nice story I think, would be made slightly easier to read if you gifted it with a few

Should never really be too angry about any company joining in creating a new device for a hobby you have, it just means more choice and in most cases more competition, and competition drives the ones we currently enjoy to do more to keep onto their customers, so it's win / win for us.

I'm not very good with paragraphs ^^ but I'll try using enter more when I make something this big .

Though I make alot of mistakes in my grammar and I kinda use enter in small sentences I'll try to better my typing in the future ^^.

I didn't mean to sound like a jerk to you, it's cool to see people make threads on their feelings towards gaming on here and see if users agree/disagree with them. I normally do the breathing rule so if I'm stopping to take a breath as I would type or read a sentence, chuck in a line break and carry on.

As for the changing loyalties, even for the companies you used to love... that's a good thing for them in the long run, say I love the heck outta Nintendo from Snes>N64>GC but after buying the Wii it was clear to me they were going down a path which I didn't want to follow them on, when the WiiU came out I wanted to buy it as I have every Nintendo system... but I just couldn't give them my money and say I was okay with that platform, effectively voting with your wallet is the way to make the companies we love think about their actions and change to be more in line with what we want from them (hopefully).

Fancy hearing me on an amateur podcast with friends gushing over one of my favourite games? https://youtu.be/1I7JfMMxhf8

You used to hate Xbox, now you hate paragraphs. j/k It's good you stopped hating game platforms, they're just a bunch of circuits with an OS. I skipped Xbox this gen, but I appreciate the games they've published and what they added to the console scene (paid online not so much). I had a blast with the 360, but I think those glory days aren't coming back, but it's good I can at least play their games on my preferred machine these days.

To add on with this, some periods and commas would be good to have in your threads as well. There's some parts that just go on without a pause.

Also, I wouldn't say I hated the Xbox brand, but before I did feel the console didn't really have a purpose for existing in the console space. It felt redundant to the Playstation, the main differences being their 1st party titles. After awhile, I felt if people like the system, then that's good enough reason to have it in the console space. Who am I to wish away something people like?

Halo 5 is definitely worth playing. It gets mixed reviews from some people. But, that's because the expectations for Halo are sky high. Taken on its own, its a great game.

I really liked the OG XB 'AA' library. Best of all Xbox gens for me. At the same time I thought Halo was an overrated shallow sort of ugly game, but that was mainly because I was already way into PC FPS, and seeing a low-resolution 30fps console FPS was incredibly underwhelming coming from game series like Unreal Tournament, Half Life, Tribes, etc.

So I was kind of disgusted at how MS basically left PC gaming for dead for at least a solid decade other than token/insulting half baked crap, and actively undermining it with the very act of buying Bungie and cancelling the Mac version of the game, scaling it back for consoles, only releasing PC ports much later with pretty horrible port quality, etc. By the time the 360 came out, I was pretty much done with consoles anyway. It wasn't until PS4 that I decided to grab another console to play some console exclusives I'd missed out on, TLOU, God of War 3 RM, UC 1-4, HZD, etc. Still prefer vastly to play on PC, but don't mind at all playing some greats on PS. Don't think I'll ever buy another XB console, but have to say I am impressed with how they've turned a corner in terms of not crapping on their PC marketplace, and offering cool stuff for their owners like OG/360 BC. Bravo.

See i am the opposite. XBOX one has ruined it for me with their launch decisions. They annoyed me that i gave up on it. maybe next gen i'll get one again lol.

xbox = great, 360 = great, xbox one = wtf were they thinking lol

I thought it was really weird when they announced they were coming out with a console (not realize how they worked on the DreamCast and other games.) But I think two of their consoles really pushed gaming technology and advancements. In my opinion console makers would be slowly adding tech if Microsoft had not pushed them with the Xbox and 360. PC would be so far ahead of them down, they would just now be getting to the Wii level graphics or slightly above.

Now they seem to be focused on making money over pushing new ideas and boundaries. Which I feel completely disappointing. Will wait to see what happens at E3 this year, but for the first time in a very long time I didn't get the new launch Xbox this time.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Top 50 'most fun' game list coming soon!

Tell me a funny joke!

When I first heard Microsoft was making a console I got angry because they were trying to compete with Dreamcast ,PS2, and Gamecube I wanted microsoft to go away real bad . I used to be more of a Sony fan moreso and I actually wanted Sony to win every gen since PS1 years . I think it either was 2005 or 2004 I enter after school gaming tournaments. In some class after school ended people brought Fighters or Shooting games depending what game was gonna be played that day and everyone payed 5 dollars or more If they think they were gonna win in that game winner gets the pot money . So one day people brought Halo Combat Evolved I still hated Microsoft but I never seen an xbox before I joined anyways played Halo multiplayer and loved it the multiplayer was funner than 007 goldeneye on n64 . I was hooked I bought an xbox in 2005 I think and played some games but I still hated Microsoft by the year 2010 I started to loosen my hatred then I played my brothers xbox 360 I loved It again I played halo 3 online I loved it from then on I started to love Microsoft more than Sony because of Halo series the years past and even though Halo 4 underperformed I'm still into Microsoft though I no longer play Halo 3 because I'm currently playing fighters and am more into online fighting specificly Tekken 7 Though I have proof of me playing Halo 3 my old gamertag is dx11332 though my new gamertag is dx11332sega and that one has me not playing much. Though I just got an Xbox One X and I'm unsure If I wanna play Halo 5 since I gotten worse in FPS . Right now I love all consoles and hopin It stays that way .

My eyes!

I never hated Xbox. Never loved Xbox either. It was always just there, for me.
