What are your Game(s)-Highlight(s) on the Paris Games Week ? The new Spiderman or something else ?

My is the new "Ghost of Tsushima", thats so wonderful <3 It was a big surprise :)

In all seriousness, I didn't watch all of the conference, just some of it. But I would say Ghost of Tsushima, because we need more new IP and Samurai games! I also am really looking forward to the Shadow of the Colossus remake, can't wait to sink my teeth into it. I loved Last Guardian so I'll probably like this too! I just watched the Detroit trailer you posted and, I got to say, it looks amazing! I'm very skeptical with games this linear, but it looks like it will pull it off masterfully! And then there's Concrete Genie! That shit looks amazing! Is that a VR only game? I hope not! I want to be able to play it ;-;

And who isn't excited for the sequel we've all been waiting for! The developers that keep on giving! With unbelievably amazing graphics!

(okay but in all seriousness The Last of Us 2 looks okay, still more excited for the previously mentioned games more)

I thought the conference was good to great. On the one hand I want to say it was great because of Ghost of Tsushima and Concrete Genie, on the other I can understand why people would be disappointed. If you are a big playstation guy and had your eyes glued to the screen hours before the show started,  maybe you were disappointed. I forgot it was even happening and was pleasantly surprised with the content, even if some of it is short trailers of known games.

Did not watch, but from the threads here on VGC, it would be Ghost of Tsushima.

 

Edit: Oh yeah, that game with the kid that's being bullied, interested in that one too.

OURE...well for a bit until I saw gameplay on SBFP and the stupid kid talking with his annoying British accent just took me out of it. Was hoping for Journey with a Dragon. Not what that game is at all. In fact, it doesn't look very good. Shame.

So I guess, nothing from the conference. Not that there aren't PS4 games I'm not interested in for 2018. Project Nimbus, Ni No Kuni II, Yakuza 6, Yakuza Kiwami 2, Reverie (looks like Earthbound as a Zelda game) and the Physical edition of ICEY on PS4 and more.

Onrush from Codemasters. Its from the former staff at evolution studios, makers of driveclub and motorstorm, exited to get it for xbone. (dont own a ps4 :(

Runners-up would be Detroit and Spiderman. I hope I can manage to get a PS4 by next summer to play these titles.

This month and in December (Christmas) there are sure great bundles & cheap prices :) "Detroit Become Human" will definitely be the first game to appear :)

Monster Hunter World didn't do it for me because there has already been countless videos of it. I'm starting to worry about Spider-Man's focus on cinematics, but God of War is looking better than expected. Finally, I don't care about David Cage. I did enjoy Until Dawn which I "played" together with my non-gamer sister, so if this gets good reviews, it may persuade me to give it a shot.
