What a strange thread, seems more like it should be a post directed at an Xbox gamer that says it. Maybe you should trawl around and see if you can find someone posting that and just quote them. As a thread I'm not seeing much sense to this.

But yay, singleplayer games!

I've noticed a narrative springing up on lots of forums suggesting Singleplayer is dead, largely due to recent comments from MS. There is MUCH to be discussed here and there is no better way of expressing it than to 'show' it. There's little point in expressing something like this in words when trailers do a much better job of disproving this new 'mythe'.

Pointless list war?

But I would be hesitant to be excited about Single PLayer games future. Watched an IGN clip this morning about Microtransactions and they showed four big games that had ZERO in their game and the games sold bad. Then obviously you have Shadow of War, Battlefront 2, and destiny 2, that all got huge backlash for having loot boxes, yet still sold million. And regardless of how much we hate it, people will buy loot boxes.

So your "list war" above may well see loot boxes or micros in some fashion if not in this game, their sequel.

It's just playing on the fact that one of the last threads I posted was 'Sony Are Idiots'. Just having fun because video games are 'fun'.
