in the past the US felt 'forced to defend itself' from states that didn't attack them or their allies on multiple occasions (Iraq 2002, Afghanistan 2001, Panama 1989, Cambodia and Vietnam 1965, ..) , why is this one guaranteed to be different?

Because this one would be more deadly on day 1 than all those wars combined

Can someon point me to what he said that was wrong? Sanctions against NK are clearly not working. If the US is forced to defend its allies, what should the US do? He even says that hopefully it doesn't come to that.

Papa China already told they will support NK if US attack first. even though we know they want to do it, picking a war with China is not a good idea.
