Wikipad should be sued back. Their device is a blatant ripoff of the Wii/U Balance Board.

You know this might just be a marketing move. I mean I've just watched a 4 minute ad for a tablet/controller that I wouldn't have known even existed if it wasn't for the lawsuit. So win or lose, they get something out of it.

That would be an expensive marketing stunt if they lose, which I'm 100% sure they will given Nintendo's track record in court.
It's the price Nintendo pays for trying to be different: patent trolls trying to get a slice of the pie and their competitors trying to copy them.
