Back in February, they introduced a new mode called "Specator mode" and just now I was playing Splatoon 2. I went and made myself supper and when I got back, I wanted to see a show while I eat!....  I was gonna turn on my Playstation for Netflx, but I rememebered about Spectator Mode. Spectating is fun for times like this.  I used to do it on Super Smash Bros for the Wii U all the time. But I can't find it!......

Does the mode even exist? If the mode is only for tournaments then that's just dissapointing.....    

I know it's there, I've seen videos of it since the game's release. Pretty sure it's in the private battle/local modes ...(I think...). It's not for random online battles of other players I don't think... it's mostly for use for like hosting a tournament and streaming purposes.

Just look up gameplay sessions on YouTube. There's that and more like mini-movies created by fans.

Might be one of the DLC rollouts they have planned for later on, just like the obvious level cap increase and hopefully a new rank battle mode.
